What’s On My Heart…

Have you ever been frustrated as a pastor? Disappointed? Not seeing any progress in your churches spiritual journey? Feeling dry spiritually? Not sure if you want to keep being a Pastor?

As a Pastor, I’ve had my highs and lows. My mountain top experiences and my death valley marches. Anyone who has pastored or is pastoring understands that it truly must be a calling. It isn’t something someone should do simply to earn a living. There are much easier, less stressful, higher paying ways to make a living!

As I’ve struggled in ministry a desire was birthed in me to give back to other pastors a little something of what I’ve learned along the way. Not that I have attained any higher plane of existence. On the contrary, since I have tasted the cup of suffering and learned to walk in the shadow of the valley of death, it has given me renewed appreciation for the journey itself.

I have pastored in small rural churches and in a large city church. I have led a district of 11 pastors through city wide evangelistic efforts as well as built from scratch a low budget video ministry in a local church. I’m a techie and a lover of technology in general. I have sought to find ways to impact the world for Christ through the use of modern technology. This blog will also seek to help other Pastors and church leaders get started ministering online.
